Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the day you receive your watch to request a return — for any reason, change of mind included.
How to start a return
Email support@nord1975.com with your order number. We reply within one working day with full instructions, including the return address.
Conditions
- The watch must be unworn and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
- Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.
Return costs
UK returns are free. We cover return postage on all approved UK returns.
International returns (EU and rest of world) are at the buyer's cost. We recommend a tracked service so the parcel is insured in transit.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we inspect it and approve the refund within 3 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically clear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
Original delivery costs are refunded only when the return is due to a fault on our side.
Damaged, faulty, or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email support@nord1975.com within 48 hours with photos. We arrange a free replacement or a full refund — postage included.
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap is to return the item for a refund and place a fresh order for the one you want.
2-year guarantee
Every NORD watch is covered by a 2-year international guarantee against manufacturing defects. Battery wear, water damage and accidental damage are not covered. To make a claim, email support@nord1975.com with your order number.
Your statutory rights
UK customers: your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by this policy. You have a statutory 14-day cancellation period from the day of delivery, separate from (and shorter than) our 30-day return window.
EU customers: under EU consumer law you have a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to cancel your order, in addition to our 30-day policy.
